I wanted to share a few more pictures of our beach vacation to Half Moon Bay. The weather was cool and overcast in the mornings, but I enjoyed the respite from the heat.
Like I mentioned before, with my mom there, it actually felt like a vacation. Usually our vacations, while fun, are just doing the same thing in a different place. My mom took Silas and Finley when they woke up early, bathed them each evening, and just helped with all of the stuff you have to do with four kids. Thanks, mom!
The only thing that Eric said that he wanted to do was eat at Half Moon Bay Brewing Company. Eric always likes to visit the brewery in whatever town we visit and this was our third time to this one. Delicious!
The highlight of the trip was definitely being in the ocean. Judah and Samuel were loving jumping in the waves, swimming, and running from the tide. Even Silas and Finley got confident and had fun wading in the water.
there is something special about grandparents joining vacations - oh yes, the extra rest us parents get! :)
