Did you go out shopping this morning? I have never done the Black Friday thing. I love a good deal, but I'm not motivated enough to wake up in the middle of the night and brave the crowds. If you've done it, was it worth it? What did you get? How much did you save?
Eric is working today, so instead of shopping, the kids and I have been catching up on schoolwork (we took the day off for my birthday), raking leaves, and eating lots of Thanksgiving leftovers. Yum!
Best deal today: a $170 food processor for $41.65 at Kohl's :)
ReplyDeleteSometimes it's worth it, sometimes it isn't. We just go with a group of girls at about 6am, which isn't as crazy as others. It's just a fun time.
(My mom bought $200 worth of flanned fabric, saved $400 for her business.)
I went last night but wish I'd stayed in bed. The crowds were unbelievable. I found some cute things but not sure it was worth the wait :)

Court and I went last night and it was C.R.A.Z.Y! We did get some good deals though! Target had some good prices on electronics and kids clothes, but oh man, the lines were loooong!

ReplyDeletehaha! jon is the same way... "buy nothing day" he even did some research and feels the deals really aren't that good. i didn't go out either. i hung out with the kids since jon worked too ;)
