The chair belonged to Eric's grandparents and had been in their house as long as he remembers. Eric had admired it for a long time, so it was really special when his grandma gave it to him after his grandpa passed away.

Here is the beautiful vintage Eames chair. We have it in Finley's room right now because it is the perfect place for nursing and rocking a baby in the middle of the night. I think we'll be moving it into our bedroom very soon.
Finley loves the chair almost as much as Eric.
It does look like a very comfy chair!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun post! My grandfather had two Eames chairs and passed them on to my mom. My brother has one and now one sits in my parent's bedroom. Two years ago, my mom ordered two new Eames chairs for their living room. They are a family favorite. :)
