Same ingredients, two ways

Here's two of my easy, use up the humongous Costco vats, and the beginnings from our garden meals.

These started out the same- saute zucchini, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach, and a little garlic in olive oil.

Then add the (pre-cooked) noodles and heat together

egg scramble

For this meal mix two eggs, a little milk, and a little shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add the egg mixture in the pan after the veggies are cooked, and stir until the eggs are fully cooked. I served it over a piece of whole wheat toast. (Remember, yummy isn't always pretty.)
