Mother's Day

Today was amazing.

I woke up before everyone else to nurse Finley. Then, one boy woke up, then the next, then the next. Then Papa took the baby downstairs and I stayed in bed.

A few minutes later Judah came up to ask if I wanted breakfast in bed or at the table. I said I didn't mind, so he chose for me to eat it in bed.

Then Samuel came up and asked what I wanted for breakfast.

I heard him go downstairs and tell Eric that I said anything was fine, so I needed a mocha. Eric wanted to make it with just water (it's this mocha mix stuff from Costco), but Judah assured him that I make it with milk. He was right. I add a little milk in at the end.

I have such thoughtful boys.

I was also given beautiful flowers and chocolate.

We had a good day at church.

And lunch at Olive Garden with my dad, Grams, and Bill.

To end the day we had a delicious bbq with at my in laws, with my mom, Eric's grandma, a friend. Today happens to, also, be my mother in law's birthday!

All in all a fabulous day. Being a mom is the most incredible honor and brings me such joy.

Judah, Samuel, Silas, and Finley, I love each one of you so much. You are so unique and special and you bless me more than you will ever know. Each one of you is such a special gift from God. I love being your Mama!
