I'm super excited about our garden. We loosely used the ideas in Square Foot Gardening (I still need to finish the book). We planted zucchini, crook neck squash, strawberries, watermelons, four types of tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, hot peppers, several different herbs, and I still want to add snap peas.
Our garden is in the "dog run," which started with lots and lots of tall weeds.
Here it is weeded, filled with soil, and measured off.
Everything planted.
Eric, also, planted hops on that side planter by the garage.
Now I'm hoping it actually produces a crop!
