Miranda the Soldier (Day 4)

Today I got a text message from my sister. Other than two letters (and the ones I read who were written to other people) it was the first time I'd heard from her in the last 12 weeks.

Why? Because she's joined the army and will be graduating from boot camp, I think, tomorrow. Then, she heads to Georgia for her training. After that, she'll be stationed somewhere unknown.

Thank goodness she'll be home for Christmas, because we miss her.
