Eric has recently finished training a new employee and is focusing his attention on marketing and building another route. This means, temporarily, he has more flexibility and time with us.
And, on most days, this means that Eric wakes up with the boys and lets me sleep in. Last night he went to a late movie with a friend and still woke up with the boys.
Do you every have those days that the morning starts out bad and the whole day seems kind of yucky? Well, my days have been the complete opposite of that. When I hear my boys playing and eating breakfast downstairs, I leisurely get out of bed and the clock reads 8:50, I know it's going to be a great day.
Seriously, I think sleeping in is my love language. And, I fall more in love with my husband for blessing me in ways that seem small and big all at the same time.

I laughed and laughed!
ReplyDelete"Sleeping in is my love language..."

I agree with the sleeping-in thing... such a treat! I hope my baby is a good sleeper... seems that all my friends who are stay-at-home moms sleep in later than I do, to go to work! I love that Eric pampers you and treats you like a princess :)
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome Morgan! I can totally relate to this, I love it when Greg takes the morning for me and lets me sleep in. :) You two are adorable.
ReplyDeletedid you guys move? The last I knew you didn't have a downstairs? I need your new address if you did. Hope you guys are doing well. We really need to catch up, our last conversation was bad timing on my part.
ReplyDeleteGreat pic of you two Morgan!
ReplyDeleteSo glad Eric has been able to be more flexible with his schedule and you have been blessed because of it. You need all the sleeping in you can get now, cause soon there will be a new little baby to the mix! :)
Glad you are doing well.
