Day 15: Farmer's Market, Etc

Silas is still sleeping great! Last night he slept from 8:30am-8:30pm. Maybe it was the pears he ate last night. I'm making all of my own baby food for him. All I did was cut up some pears and mash them up with a baby food mill, then froze them into individual cubes. I put all the cubes in a freezer bag and then defrosted one when he was ready to eat it. He slurped it down just like he did with the rice cereal.

I woke up at 8:30 and fed Silas, then went back to bed until 10. It was so nice that Eric fed the boys breakfast and kept them entertained. Ahhh...

Then, we went to Farmer's Market. Our favorite thing to do on Saturdays. We usually go every Saturday unless, for some reason, we aren't able to. We bought Christmas presents for Judah and Samuel (our first ones for them), two pomegranates, and had some yummy Mexican food for lunch.

We our met our friends, Jody and Jaiden at the park to play for a little bit, then home for a nap. Silas was exhausted and fell asleep right away, but not Samuel. After calling to me for an hour I finally got him up to play in his room. Eric and Judah are out meeting with people and doing some work. A fun, mellow Saturday. Tonight I'm making tri-tip and veggies for dinner and we'll watching Fools Gold from Netflix.

Super exciting, huh?
