I'm watching the third presidential debate on youtube right now. Interesting! Whenever I think of the upcoming elections my heart beats a little faster. I'm anxious to find out the results of the election and how they will effect the country and the world.
I have a questions for all of you: How is the economy affecting you?
I started making a lot more meatless dishes, or dishes with just a little token meat. For breakfast, I started buying generic cereal and serving oatmeal more often. I am blessed to have a husband with a good, stable job, so my efforts have been mainly focused on keeping my household expenses the same despite rising costs.
