My amazing friend Laura is getting married July 8, 2006. I am so excited for her & Mark. They are both incredible people and will make such a great (married) couple. It's awesome to see them pursuing their relationship with God and preparing for their life together. And, I'm really excited because I get to be a bridesmaid!! Laura has such incredible taste, I know they're wedding is going to be perfect. Her bridesmaid dresses are seriously the cutest I have ever seen. I just cannot not post them.

Another noteworthy event happened today. You may not find this as exciting as I do, but I'll tell you it IS!! We always try our hardest not to let Judah fall asleep in the car because once the car stops he wakes up. Once he's had that 10 minute nap his mind thinks he's done napping for the day, although his body definitely does not. Well, today he fell asleep in the car on the way home from the mall. We had to wait for several minutes because of road construction, so it was not looking good. Well guess what. Judah stayed asleep while I picked him up out of the car and put him in his bed. And, is still napping in his crib. This has not happened since he was about 4 months old, so I'm really excited for my accomplishment in keeping him asleep. Also, as of yesterday Judah is 16 months old. What a big boy!!

Our Valentine's Day Date

Well, we had a great time on our post-Valentine's date. We went to Albatross (for all your Chicoans) and it was great. Although, if I could eat only chicken burritos from the taco truck, oranges, and chocolate for the rest of my pregnancy I would be perfectly fine. Eric is doing his best to limit our visits to "El Pinolero," the only taco truck that I want to visit.

Last week we took a family trip to the grocery store. Judah usually wants to hold whatever we're buying, so we'll hand him the item, then he throws it in the back of the cart. After we were done bagging up our groceries we headed out to the car to unload them in the trunk. Not only was Judah hiding in his camo cart cover, but so was a cucumber! The funny part is my grandma just finished being on a jury for someone who had shoplifted at the same grocery store. She told me that there was 15 security cameras in the store, so I kept expecting someone to come out and arrest us...although that never did happen.

Back to blogging!!

Well, we're back in full force. Our 40 days of "limited" computer time is over. Happy Valentine's Day!!! My amazing husband got me a huge, red European vase full of tulips and a pair of grey & pink Sauconys. No, I could not ask for anything more. Tonight we're going to spend the night of love with our little man and tomorrow make our way out when all of the restaurants are EMPTY!

Sweet Pea is incredible healthy and BIG, weighing almost 3lbs. I'm 30 weeks pregnant (according to my accurate April 24th due date) and have only 10 weeks left. It's crazy how fast this pregnancy has gone by. We can't wait to meet our newest addition!

Judah is talking sooooo much. He learns a new word almost everyday, but our personal favorites are "bear" and "byebye," which are both said so clearly. Since the weather here has been perfect the past few days Judah has been spending lots of time playing with the neighbors. There are 5 other little boys all between the ages of 4 and 10 months.

We miss Papa!

Well, I'm sure you've noticed that I have not posted in quite sometime. I know, you're so relieved to read this. Well, Eric & I realized that maybe we were spending a tad bit too much time on the computer and decided to scale it back. The only reason I am posting now is MY HONEY IS GONE!! :( Yes, that's right: Eric was away from me at night for the first time in about 2 years. Rest easy, Judah and I were fine minus missing Papa like crazy. Eric went to paint Jill's house and thankfully will be home tonight.
There's so much that has happened in the last month I don't have enough room here to fill you in. I am about 28 weeks pregnant and really starting to show and FEEL pregnant. My back started aching yesterday and sleeping is getting more and more uncomfortable. I can't complain though because I've had zero complications, a super easy time, and both the baby & I are very healthy.
I had to cancel my ultrasound last week because I was super sick, but it's rescheduled for Feb 9th. I will be so far along that I'm sure we'll get an amazing shot of this extremely developed baby. Stay tuned...
