My Poor Baby!

I forgot to mention yesterday that Samuel is crawling and pulling up like CRAZY! He's no longer doing the army crawl, but is full on speed crawling as of a week ago. He is so content to crawl around, pull up, and play with toys on his own. As long as we're in the same room as him.



Today I feel like a HORRIBLE mom! We went to the mall with my mom today and she came over afterwards and put Judah down for a nap for me. Right after she left Samuel pulled up on the desk with the Christmas tree on it. I sat there watching him not really thinking anything of it. He grabbed the Christmas tree blanket and let go of the desk. When he let go he fell forward and bumped his head hard in two places on the desk. On one side it's a little red and on the other side he has a HUGE red mark with a bruise in the middle. I cannot even tell you how bad I feel. I sat there and watched it all happen! This is Samuel's first real owie (not including shots or anything done to him by his big brother).
