Back from San Francisco

We had fun in San Francisco! We went to the zoo, the mall, had lunch with Kim at a yummy burrito shop, rested (a lot!), and basically just enjoyed our time together as a family and away from the usual busyness of life. Judah's favorite animal at the zoo was the penguins...because they actually did something. Most of the animals were just lying around and Judah hardly noticed they were there. When Aunt Kim got to the zoo we went to the petting zoo. Judah got to feed goats and sheep and it was hilarious watching the sheep follow Eric & Judah. They loved whoever had the food! Then Kim, Judah, & I rode the carousel. It's been awhile since I've ridden this one....and it made me feel a little dizzy.

Here is Samuel sitting up the night before we left.
Cute boy

Judah & I wore monkey masks in the zoo gift shop. He thought is was hilarious that I looked like a monkey and laughed and laughed. He wouldn't even look away from me for the picture. Too cute!

Here is Eric & Judah in front of a lion.

When we buy a house we're stealing this color scheme!
Crazy colors!

They've got a lot of penguins at the Steinhart aquarium. But I think it's still closed. For remodeling. What about that movie, "the march of the penguins", is that on DVD yet?

Haha..I was reading Jenna's comment about how amazing Samuel is, and I laughed because I was thinking about earlier tonight, when I was alone with Samuel for a minute and I SWEAR he put his hand up, moved it back and forth and made a noise that sounded like "hi!" He certainly is amazing, talking at 4 1/2 months!
